Although the number of menu items is modest compared to chain restaurants, the top loin and shinshin loin here are so delicious that you should definitely try them. I hated meat when I was little, but I loved the top loin here. Even though I've been around for about 30 years, I still haven't come across a loin that's as delicious as this one. The cold noodles on the side menu are also delicious. By the way, the store clerk's older brother doesn't seem to have changed much in appearance since the old days. Shinseikan is delicious. There are a few differences depending on the number of stores, but this one was also delicious. The guy who was serving us was also kind.
