This is a store I've been to several times. No matter which Yakiniku restaurant you go to, this one is always the best! It will be 🥺✨ The owner is always smiling and cheerful and makes you feel comfortable, and I think the price is quite reasonable considering the quality of the meat here 🌟 Reservations were required on Saturday night 🙆‍♀️ I like tongue, but I prefer Jotan over Attsutan with salt🤤 (Maybe it felt heavy because I ate Attsutan with a full stomach at the end.LOL) I order Jotan here every time! I love it! I have moved from Yamanashi to live outside the prefecture, but this restaurant is so satisfying that I want to go back just to go to Ushishojo! ! postscript I got a hotel from outside the prefecture to go to cow slaughter. Every dish on the menu is so great that I want to come to Yamanashi just to come here! I've eaten the special liver here several times, and it's so delicious that no matter what Yakiniku restaurant I go to, I'll never find a special liver like Ushishojo. People who like liver should definitely order this. This time, I tried heart sashimi for the first time, and I was surprised at how good it tasted. Alcohol goes on. I will come again ☆

The meat was tender and delicious. I made a reservation, but it was fully booked. I think it's better to make a reservation on Sunday.

First visit I go to a lot of yakiniku restaurants, but this one is at the top of my personal ranking! I will repeat it♪
