A classmate of mine used to work part-time at this restaurant, and I had heard that it was very delicious, so I went there on my birthday. Once I've settled on something, I don't tend to try anything else, but choosing to go to a different store once in a while was the right decision. It's just regular Wagyu beef short ribs, but it's already super delicious. The flavor is even more delicious because it is grilled over a charcoal grill placed in a row, making it completely different. The spicy miso offal tastes like fat and has an irresistible crunch. Beef tongue has no odor at all! What's more, it's packed full of meat flavor, refreshing and crunchy, and it's delicious. The eringi mushrooms and vegetable platter were fresh and very satisfying...I didn't regret ordering anything in total, and I ate all the cold noodles in no time and was full.
