I was told that the idea of ​​yakiniku I've ever eaten will change, so I was grateful for the invitation. Although it was located on the second floor of a building and didn't look like a luxury restaurant, I was taken aback by the beautiful meat that was laid out in front of me. Since it was ``Omakase'', various parts were lined up. The pieces are expertly grilled over the counter and served with the seasonings and sauces that suit each dish. The sesame oil-flavored green onions served separately are especially delicious. This alone is enough to go with beer. The thick, quickly grilled tongue has an exquisite texture. Of course, the meat has just the right amount of marbling. And it was a truly blissful two hours as I tasted hormones from another dimension (I can't express it in words). It was worth the over 1 hour trip from Osaka! Apparently they opened a store in Osaka (Fukushima) in September, so I would love to visit them again!

This is a style where one staff member from Wakayama City, Ushimaru-san, grills the meat to perfection while explaining the meat. It was really delicious 😉👍⤴⤴⤴
