Kyoto, Japan｜Asuka Wagyu Yakiniku

Amazing place, best quality and value for money. We ordered the prime wagyu set and it’s worth every penny. They even grilled the last 4 pcs of the beef for you and place them in to the sauce that you meant to eat with. Will recommend to everyone who come in to Kyoto.

We were looking for somewhere to enjoy yakiniko without a reservation and came by this one a short walk from our hotel with amazing reviews. We were drawn to it as reviews weren't solely from tourists. We ordered loads (and devoured it all to the amusement of the staff) and it was all exceptional, especially the A5. Salad with egg and cheese and also the egg rice were devine. The staff were all friendly and we enjoyed chatting the the lady who served our wine. We also really appreciated tips on how best to enjoy each dish. The red wine was lovely as was the draft beer! Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening!

Very very very nice staff and really nice food. We were looking for a nice restaurant but this exceeded our expectations! Definitely recommend!
