There's a Yakiniku restaurant in Handa City that's difficult to make reservations for, so why not go there? I went there after receiving an invitation from Mr. Mitsueno. Apparently the secretary made the reservation 10 months ago... It's only open two days a week, so even if it's difficult to get food, I thought it must be delicious since it's so far away. The store is one street back from the main road and is surrounded by residential buildings. It doesn't stand out in flattery. And the building looks old. When I entered, there were two female clerks. Surprisingly, women are in charge. There are round chairs at the long counter. The rest is tatami seats. It has a super Showa feel. Good vibes. The menu is small. Just meat or offal, rice, and miso soup. As I had heard beforehand, this store sells hormones. So Maximum the Hormone Mentality. But I still wanted to eat meat, so I ordered all the menu items. Hormone comes in salty and miso flavors. The salty flavor comes with a lot of grated garlic, so it's really delicious if you grill it with garlic and dip it in the Yakiniku sauce that comes with it. The miso flavor is a little milder. However, since it is a fresh hormone, there is no odor. Heart, liver, and mino are also delicious. That's when trouble arose. . I got drunk and fell asleep for a while lol. So I don't eat ribs or loin. Lastly, I drank miso soup. The store is very busy so please be careful about what you wear. The bill is also very reasonable. For the time being, we are fully booked for the rest of the year. I haven't made any reservations for next year yet. It's like a hormone shop where you can feel like you've traveled back in time. It was a shop where there was no point in giving points anymore.
