The sauce on Tare Yukhoe is a little sweet, but it's not too strong and brings out the flavor of the meat, making it easy to enjoy. It depends on each person's taste, but I preferred sauce yukhoe. The dessert, apricot tofu, was also good as a palate cleanser.
