A charcoal shop that I have used several times. In my opinion, it is one of the best yakiniku restaurants in Nagoya, and it is a few minutes walk from Shiogamaguchi Station. It's always full, so you need to make a phone reservation by the day before. The inside of the store is smoky, so it is better to wear washable clothes such as jerseys and trainers. The good thing here is that the meat is fresh, not to mention the Showa feeling of Mokumoku. That's why I always lightly sear ribs and loin so that they aren't overcooked. Even though it is such meat, it is reasonably priced, and the portion for one person is larger than that of a typical restaurant. And when you order a large serving of rice, it's like an ohitsu, so it comes out and you can share it. The meat comes out soaked in the sauce, so when you grill it, the umami of the meat and the umami of the sauce cause a chemical reaction, and the rice becomes sooty all the time. I don't think I'll be able to use the large amount of sauce that remains on the plate after eating the meat, and I always wonder what to do with it (laughs) The personality of the mother here is also good. It is a shop that I want you to continue forever.

I went to a yakiniku restaurant near my house that I've always been interested in! It seemed to be an old-fashioned yakiniku restaurant, and the inside of the store was filled with smoke. Speaking of yakiniku restaurants, we always order tongue and seseri, so first of all, domestically produced tongue and seseri are two servings each. When you order a tongue at a yakiniku restaurant, there is an image of a circle... Not here! It was a little vertically long tongue! I've never seen it before, so I was a little surprised! The amount is quite large, and the amount is so-so with just the seseri and tongue (laughs) Needless to say, the taste was delicious! There are no grilled vegetables, bibimbap, etc. on the menu, just a place to go to eat delicious meat. That meat is worth the price. The store is old and the smoke is terrible.
