Good place good food, and also good price

I go there with my family once every two months. Loin from salted tongue. I also like skirt steak. If you eat yakiniku here, it seems that other places don't taste good. I love Yakiniku, and I often go to various Yakiniku restaurants in search of a delicious Yakiniku restaurant with good value for money. I will write my honest opinion. The owner may seem blunt at first glance, but he's a nice person if you talk to him. This is a Wagyu beef restaurant that mainly serves Mikawa Beef Gold, which has very good quality meat. Compared to other restaurants, the meat quality is less hit or miss each day. The oil in Wagyu beef isn't too strong, so you won't feel hungry the next day. The sauce is light and has a strong garlic flavor. The dipping sauce is slightly thick and fruity, and goes well with the grilled meat in a slightly thicker sauce. Recommended menu. ・Top loin. It's cheap and very delicious. At other shops it would be over 1400 yen, but here it is around 1200 yen including tax. ・Senmai. The white senmai is not thick, soft and delicious. ・Choregi salad. It doesn't contain the usual chili oil or chili peppers, but is seasoned with salt and pepper, making it a fresh and delicious salad. ・Tonchan, beef hormone. The Tonchan has no smell and is soft, and the Wagyu beef offal is rich in fat and very delicious. ・Honeyama short ribs. It's a product you won't find anywhere else, but the flavor of the thickly cut ribs is concentrated, making it irresistible for rib lovers. Of course, regular short ribs and loin are also delicious. The loin has a little bit of flavor and the taste of the meat itself is very delicious. The ribs vary a little depending on the day, sometimes with a lot of meat and sometimes with a lot of fat, but since it's Wagyu beef, the taste is good and delicious. The celery is always fresh and delicious. The roaster used to grill the meat is also made of iron, rather than wire, and has a slightly curved arc. Even if you turn the heat up high, the meat won't get hard because the fire won't touch it. The iron grill and gas roaster grill the meat well and make it delicious. Personally, I think the type that uses a charcoal grill to suck up the smoke from the top is the most delicious. Even with charcoal grills, roasters that suck in smoke around the grill won't cook the meat deliciously. No matter how good the meat is, the heat from the fire is absorbed and spoils its deliciousness. When grilled over a flat wire grill over a gas fire, it becomes tough and any meat becomes tough and tasteless. If this restaurant is bad, please tell me which restaurant is good. If it were a high-end store, it would be a different story, but I highly recommend it as a store with good value for money. I bring my family and friends here, and they keep saying it's delicious.
