All of the meats are very delicious, but the famous aged seitan and pomegranate skirt steak are especially irresistible! The pot-cooked rice that they recommend at the beginning is delicious and makes you wonder if rice ever tasted this good. The store clerk, Yuuma-san, always greeted me with a wonderful smile and said thank you for coming again, which made me happy! I will be a regular!
