Popular Kanayama Yakiniku restaurant ☆Jingu☆Bettei opens Nowadays, just hearing about villa makes me feel delicious (^^)♪ Jingu has quickly become a popular Yakiniku restaurant in the Kanayama area with its excellent value for money and outstanding Yakiniku, but I've been curious about it ever since the villa opened in August, so I decided to wait until the time when operations had calmed down. It was my first visit (^^)♪ On this day, if I was visiting Yoruichi, there would be space at the counter, so I made a reservation and visited (´∀`)♪ When you are guided inside the store, the interior has a calmer Japanese atmosphere than the main store, and each box has a tall partition, so it feels like a semi-private room. The private room seats have a gorgeous atmosphere but a simple interior. The difference from the main store is that there are only two couples seats at the counter, and there are tall sofa seats, so it feels like a private room. When you take a seat and look at the menu, you'll see an array of 500 yen menu items featuring Jingu specialties. If you look at the back, there is a hidden menu and it is easy to understand (lol) I was planning on having a light meal by myself on this day, so I chose from the secret menu to start. After that, I casually chose what I liked from the Jingu food menu and ordered it♪ First, moisten your throat with Toribee (´∀`)♪ ◯Appetizer Stewed beef tendon with salt ¥330 ◯Kimchi platter ¥700 ◯Phantom Japanese Black Beef Chateau Brittan (thinly sliced) ¥3,980 ◯Top garlic skirt steak ¥1,000 ◯Assorted seasonal grilled vegetables ¥700 ◯Jingu Kyoto style hormone (Japanese beef) ¥500 ◯Special ball rice ¥500 ◯Special egg soup ¥500 □Sapporo Black Label Raw Medium ¥600 □Yamazaki Highball ¥900 My favorite menu this time is the phantom Japanese black beef Chateau Brittan❗️ It was my first time hearing about Chateau Brittan, but it looked so delicious that I ended up ordering it (´∀`)♪ Beautifully trimmed and marbled beef tongue❗️ If you accidentally overcook it, it will shrink quickly, but when you eat it, it will be like Chateau Brittan❗️ Even though it is tan, you can feel the marbled sweetness in the chewy texture♪ One dish for one person was too luxurious (lol) My favorite is Jingu Hormone, but I found Kyoto Hormone and ordered it for the first time (´∀`)♪ Grilling the offal causes a lot of flame, so ice was prepared to put out the fire, but on this day, perhaps because the griller was good, the fire didn't rise that much. I took my time and tried to pick it up with chopsticks, but it caught fire at the end and I had a near-miss, so I thought it would be better to use tongs to pick the meat (^^;; Kyo-style means that it comes with a Japanese-style soup stock, and the fatty parts of the hormones are also delicious, but when I dipped the hormones in a light Japanese-style soup and ate them, it was quite easy to eat, and the flavor of the soup stock made the hormones so delicious❗️ We have added new favorite menu items (^^)♪ The rice at the end is made with rice and has a very rich flavor, but the more you eat it, the more you get addicted to it♪ Since I can't resist drinking soup, I had the special egg soup, and even Mr. Kim, who loves soup, was satisfied with the deliciousness of the eggs. Of course KK (lol) When I first tried Chateau Brittan on the secret menu, it was surprisingly expensive, but considering the deliciousness of the meat and the high cost performance of the Jingu food menu, I felt that it was a Yakiniku restaurant with good cost performance (´∀ `)♪ Yakiniku Jingu is now a popular restaurant where you have to wait for 1-2 months even if you make a reservation on the weekends, but with the opening of the annex, both restaurants will be able to direct customers to the vacant seats, which is better than before. It has become much easier to make reservations☆ Of course, you can enjoy the same menu as the main restaurant at the annex, but at the counter, there is a new [counter-only special course] that is only available at the annex, and the private pair seats are quite attractive, so make sure to book early. I visited "Yakiniku Jingu Bettei" in Kanayama! Arrive in 2.3 minutes on foot from the south exit of Kanayama Station ♪ The entrance with an atmosphere is also wonderful. ◆Order Assorted kimchi 700 yen Kiwami beef tongue 1500 yen Shrine specialty grilled 1580 yen Famous raw Japanese beef hamburger 500 yen Kyushu Kuroge Wagyu beef top loin 2480 yen Specially selected Wagyu beef rice pot rice 1980 yen Coffee jelly ~ vanilla ice cream ~ 500 yen Nishio matcha panna cotta 500 yen I got the salted beef tendon as an appetizer, and it was delicious. The depth of flavor is just right. It also comes with yuzu pepper so you can enjoy it with a different taste♪ The kimchi platter comes with three types: cucumber, Chinese cabbage, and radish. Seasoned with sesame oil, the spiciness and sourness are moderate, so everyone can enjoy it. Kiwami Tan is luxuriously used only from the beginning to the middle of the tongue! Compared to the regular cut tongue, this one allows you to enjoy the tongue to its fullest. It is also good to wrap it in salted kelp. Jingu's specialty broiled meat is made by dipping lean meat into egg yolk. The seasoning sauce for the meat and the egg yolk go really well together! You might think one of the famous Wagyu beef hamburgers is 500 yen, but it's only 500 yen for four! Cheap! ! ! Brush with beef fat and grill on the edge of a wire rack. Even if you are careful, it will stick quite a bit, so keep rolling. Egg yolk on the cooked hamburger. In this day and age when egg prices are soaring, there is one yolk in every hamburger steak. What a luxury. It also has truffle salt on it, so you can't believe it's only 500 yen! The loin has nice marbling, and the melting fat is sweet and delicious. Looks like it would go really well with wasabi. However, since I can't eat a lot, I thought it would be easier to order two pieces for half the price. To finish off, Ichibo's clay pot rice. The staff will complete this for you at your table! Add the freshly cooked clay pot rice and two egg yolks and mix. The piping hot rice adds heat to the rice and gives it a very nice aroma. . . Serve in a bowl and garnish with perilla leaves. Combined with the scent of perilla leaves, it makes for a wonderful finish. If you can't eat it all, please make it into a rice ball. At the end, we both wanted to have almond tofu for dessert, but it wasn't available that day, which was a shame... The panna cotta I ordered instead went well with the matcha, and the coffee jelly went well with the vanilla ice cream, so I was satisfied! For drinks, we had the Jingu Fresh Lemon Sour and the Jingu Fresh Lemon Sour Kiwami. The difference is apparently the amount of pulp, but the ultimate one was extremely delicious and went well with yakiniku. It was great because it drained away the fat from the meat. It's a great value for money, and there are other menu items I'd like to try, and I'd like to try the almond tofu again, so I'd like to come back next month ♡ Thank you for the meal!

The basic premise was that the food was delicious, and the staff's customer service and the restaurant's atmosphere were also very good, so I was very satisfied. I want to go again!
