The quality of the meat is simply good. Particularly recommended are the irregular short ribs (I forgot the name of the menu), offal (No. 1), and liver (offal varies from individual to individual, but each piece is so big that you could mistake it for sushi). It's so delicious that the rice disappears in an instant. The skirt steak is refreshing, yet very soft and delicious. However, the tongs are too short, so if you try to remove the meat from the back, your hands will be burned by the hot charcoal, so you'll want longer tongs. I will come next time.
