20240113 revisited I've been here for over a year now, and the quality of the meat was excellent! This is a good restaurant where you can enjoy high quality wagyu beef. This place is a few minutes walk from the station. There is also a membership system that is advantageous when you become an app member. All of the meat inside was of high quality, and I enjoyed it while grilling some of it at the counter, and it was great value for money. The famous 3-second roast skirt steak is a must-try.
If you want to enjoy delicious yakiniku at a reasonable price in Motoyawata, this is definitely the place! I made a reservation on a weekday night and visited for the first time with three friends from high school. It's in a great location right near Motoyawata Station. Beef Suzuki opened in Motoyawata in May 2021 as a Yakiniku specialty restaurant in town. The owner is a former USHIHACHI store manager, and he has been focusing on the quality of the meat and improving it ever since it opened. You can order as much as you like a la carte. The courses are overwhelmingly high-cost, with appetizers/yukhoe/6 types of yakiniku for 4,000 yen, 8 types for 4,600 yen, and 10 types for 6,000 yen, and the staff will grill it for you. The banquet course also includes all-you-can-drink and starts from 7,000 yen, so you can enjoy delicious meat at a great value. This time, I reserved a banquet course for 7,000 yen that includes all-you-can-drink. ■3 types of appetizers Heart sashimi and white senmai sashimi are delicious and have no odor at all! The black skin of senmai has been carefully peeled off, so it is pure white. You can trust a restaurant that offers delicious sashimi. ■ Broiled pork belly for 3 seconds The first grilled item is the restaurant's signature menu. I'm glad that the specialty comes first when I'm hungry. Mix it with the sauce and eggs and serve with a bite of rice until it's delicious. It's a menu you often see at high-end restaurants, but for a course at this price, you'll be very happy. We carefully select the best A4-A5 Wagyu beef sirloin according to its condition and cut it to the 0.1mm increments, so you can enjoy the texture that melts in your mouth and the sweetness of the marbling that is unique to Wagyu beef. ■3 types of carefully selected yakiniku (specially selected thick-sliced loin, tomosankaku, rib maki) You can enjoy the flavor of lean meat and fat in all of them. The sauce is also delicious. Rib maki has a delicious texture that melts in your mouth due to its fine marbling and fibers.
