There are three types of tongue salt, but the top tongue salt is delicious and recommended. Salted skirt steak, salted ichibo, and loin are all tender and delicious. It's just my preference, but the meat here is of good quality, so the saltiness seems to be good. I loved the cold noodles and the gomtang seasoning. Speaking of my greed, I would have liked the sweeter seasoning of Ichibo's yukhoe with cucumber or apple, but it was delicious. Other reviews said that they had motsu nabe and kainomi, but I couldn't find them on the menu, so I ordered horumon. Next time I'll try motsu nabe, kainomi, and beef bone ramen. The young male and female clerks spoke slowly and politely, and were very pleasant and provided good customer service. The store has a nice atmosphere and is easy to enter. Since the meat was so good, I wanted to eat it deliciously, so I asked for the grill to be changed several times, but it was easy to ask and didn't make any unpleasant faces. Also, the male clerk told me with a smile that he would change the net before eating the ichibo, which gave me a very positive impression. Thank you for the delicious food.
