The loin gets tough especially when grilled, so it was softer and more delicious if it was lightly seared. The wasabi and soy sauce sauce went well together. The thick-sliced ​​tongue is popular among the staff, and the thicker the tongue, the more satisfying the texture and flavor. It seems that the Wagyu beef hamburger will be served grilled in the kitchen. Pink salt, rock salt, and black pepper were all placed at the table, and three types of yakiniku sauce were included. There is one type of wine each: red and white. The glass of wine was an Italian Merlot, each 187ml, which was brewed in a glass. Medium bodied and slightly sweet. The bottled wine is a medium-bodied Chilean wine. Each private room had an air conditioner, blankets and cushions were provided, the background music was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and made my stay very comfortable. Our unique location is in the parking lot of a pachinko parlor, so you can enjoy a bit of the outdoors.
