Overwhelming cost-effectiveness with meat quality comparable to famous restaurants in Tokyo [Minamikashiwa] “Yakiniku bar Nikukaji Minamikashiwa branch” 1 minute walk from Minamikashiwa Station (north exit) Since the name of the restaurant is ``bar'', I was imagining a yakiniku restaurant that was more like an izakaya and served salty-flavored alcohol, but the yakiniku here was so authentic that it was delicious. I was disappointed in so many ways!! On this day, I ordered a la carte. “Today’s carefully selected Wagyu beef (Zabuton)” was served “yaki-suki”. Zabuton, which has a rich and sticky egg yolk and high-quality fat, is a perfect match. The “top loin” is wrapped in wasabi. For the tongue, the “thick-sliced special tongue salt” was delicious, but personally, the thinly-sliced “jotan salt” was delicious!! There is no doubt that the quality of the meat itself was quite good, but the seasoning was nice. It's probably similar to the Ushi○ro flavor you'll find in Tokyo.
