The gyoza here is quite delicious! ! What's more, every day that ends with 0 is Gyoza Day, which is a good deal, so I often end up eating way too much. 200 yen per plate is nothing short of a miracle in this day and age. And even if I didn't have that perk, I'd still eat normally. The gyoza here is really delicious! The ramen is also very delicious with a nostalgic taste! The atmosphere of the store is also warm and reminiscent of the good times of the Showa era! I hope that famous restaurants like this will remain for a long time. Seriously, you'll be in trouble if you can't eat the gyoza here! !

A holiday with no plans After donating blood in Kashiwa, I was on my way to a popular local hamburger restaurant where I could enjoy a leisurely meal on a weekday night while taking a walk. I was approaching the Minami Kashiwa overpass to the Young Bowl side. I found a Chinese restaurant that really feels like the town Moreover, when you approach the restaurant, it says "Chinese/Yakiniku". What do you mean? Beer, gyoza, and yakiniku...do you mean you can have three kinds of happiness? ``Sanko Hanten'' is the name of the restaurant. I have no choice but to go now, so I feel like Goro, a lonely gourmet, opens the door and enters the store. The first customer was a family with children eating in a small room. Also, from the looks of it, local regulars entered the store a little earlier than me. There are two new groups, including myself, but there is no sign of anyone coming out. ...In the back kitchen where the eel sleeps, my husband, who is my senior in life, is cooking with all his heart. A one-off surgery? Excuse me, can I have one? Even when I called out to him, the husband was still concentrating on cooking. Well, I thought I'd have to wait a little while, so I sat down at an empty table and absentmindedly watched the news about the new coronavirus and heavy rain damage on the TV, when a regular customer came to the host to bring food for his family. greeting At that time, I noticed it too, and finally ordered it. I see, this ordering system is a small-sized shark system where "orders are placed at the same time as other dishes are brought" (lol) No, it depends on how we interpret the methods of each store. If it's a Showa-era shop, this would be just as good as Bakabon's Papa! First of all, I ordered kimchi with a large 633ml beer bottle, which is compulsory for adults. Oh, as expected from a restaurant that specializes in not only Chinese food but also Yakiniku, the kimchi is also authentic. Next came the fried dumplings. As you can see, the dumplings are handmade and have plenty of filling. They also brought the sauce with them and said, ``Choose the chili oil to your liking,'' which is also authentic. The scent of garlic also works like drumsticks, huh? Do you like the slight star anise flavor? The skin is chewy, and I already have the Shiawase triple with beer, kimchi, and fried dumplings... The husband said, "Okay, let's light it," and turned on the gas-fired roaster, and the short ribs appeared. Ju! The irresistible situation of having beer and gyoza while waiting for the short ribs to cook♬ Reminiscing about short ribs at all-you-can-eat yakiniku restaurants when skirt steak didn't exist, I added plenty of sauce and poured it with turmeric and tea. This is good It's like this, so it's okay Goro's lines suit him well. Finish with tanmen I can eat vegetables, so I thought it was safe. The bowl arrived with an oil film on it. When you sip the soup with a round spoon that seems to follow Kalbikuppa, it becomes thick and relaxing. More greasy than expected When you slurp the thin curly noodles, it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Well, for some reason it tastes like butter (lol) I'm not sure if star anise is used in the gyoza or butter is used in the tanmen, but it's not easy to tell. Even though I'm such a useless person, I was able to meet this shop as a reward from God for doing something that would help someone by donating blood. The menu posted on the wall features ``Taisho Romantic Taste - Sauce Katsudon'', ``Petan'', ``Hiyashi Chuka'', and ``Snack Spin'', making this a truly delicious restaurant. Moreover, when I looked up the company that provided the noren, ``Koiwa Edoyoshi,'' it turned out to be a sushi restaurant!? A profound shop that I would like to visit again as much as possible Also, I will definitely bother you. Thank you for the meal 5 stars is not a recommendation, it's just my personal level of interest (lol)

I went there on January 10, 2021 because the gyoza discount flag was up on the 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month. The dumplings have a faint star anise aroma, a crunchy vegetable texture, and are sweet and hearty. You can eat anything!
