I had lunch in a private room on a weekday. It gets busy at lunchtime even on weekdays, so reservations are recommended. We had the Shotai-an Gozen and the Chateaubriand from the grand menu. There are three types of salted dishes: strawberry, shoulder loin (from memory), and rump. The sauce was a five-second roast and the ultimate skirt steak. The ichibo was tender and exquisite with plenty of marbling. The loin is eaten with egg sauce, but when eaten with rice it was like sukiyaki and it was amazing. The chateaubriand was thick but not hard, and it was also delicious. It may be a little difficult to bake. It's a private room so you can eat without worrying about people around you, and the lunch menu is not too expensive, so I think it's a good value for money restaurant. Of course, the taste is also perfect. Will definitely visit again. There are other menu items other than yakiniku, such as rice bowls and tandan noodles, so I'm looking forward to the next time.

I visited here for the first time in 2-3 years. During this time, I went to various yakiniku restaurants, including those in Tokyo, but if you can get something of this quality in Funabashi, there might be no need to go all the way to Tokyo. . . All the meat was really delicious. Especially Yukhoe and Hanasaki Tan are unique. Also, regarding customer service. The customer service of the male staff member who grilled the meat for the course meal was really nice. I was with a baby, but they waved and smiled at me, and there were no other customers around at the moment, so I didn't have to worry about them too much. I wonder if all the employees will use it in the end? I really appreciate that you guided me to the elevator at that place (because I had a stroller). I was late for my reservation time, so when I called the restaurant and when I entered the restaurant, I wasn't very happy with the response from the woman who greeted me, so I sat down feeling a little uneasy, but thanks to the male staff afterwards, I had a really pleasant meal and it was a great memory. I once again realized that satisfaction with a restaurant is not only about the quality of the food, but also about customer service. I would definitely like to visit again. Visited for lunch only, for the sake of a drinkable hamburger. The dinner menu is expensive, so it was very reasonably priced. Regarding the hamburger steak, I ordered a grated hamburger steak, but the sauce tasted too strong. The meat is delicious, so you can eat it without sauce. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, so I'll try it out next time.
