The staff at the restaurant were kind and carefully explained how to eat it. This time, we chose everything from the one-dish menu! As mentioned in other reviews, the sweet sauce was awesome! The tongue was a little thick, and when I put it in my mouth, I was impressed by how soft and delicious it was. Kalbi soup was also very delicious. The skirt steak and top loin were tender and even more impressive! The offal was sweet and went well with the sauce! Of course, the upper minnow was delicious and I kept saying ``impressed'' from beginning to end. My husband also said it was delicious.
