Yakiniku visit to Harunoya in Nabari I went to this restaurant with friends because I could eat Iga beef, and I'm glad that not only the actual meat but also the offal, including hormones, are listed as Iga beef. In areas where branded beef is produced, the fast moving internal organs are the meat that should be eaten. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the yakiniku had no seasoning, which is common in restaurants that pride themselves on the quality of their meat. After all, when it comes to yakiniku, it's a little unsatisfactory if it's just a dipping sauce, so add flavor by rubbing it in or adding sauce before serving, grilling it to add flavor, and finally use dipping sauce to adjust the taste and temperature to your liking. I think there is something special about this. The dipping sauce was quite thick and delicious, perhaps in anticipation of the lack of seasoning. That's why I wanted to come up with a way to add more sauce to the rice in order to achieve an even deeper flavor. There was no skirt steak on the menu, but when I asked the staff just to be sure, they said they also have skirt steak. However, because it is a rare part, it is sometimes available and sometimes not, so it doesn't seem to be on the menu. I'm glad to hear that. And this skirt steak was the best of the day. The side menu is well organized, and above all, the prices are low, so I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat local Yakiniku.
