This is a wonderful Yakiniku restaurant in Ise. I've been using it to complete my blog ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia,'' which records my visits to yakiniku restaurants across Japan. Other restaurants had better scores on review sites, but when I went around asking locals for recommended Yakiniku restaurants, I found that so many people mentioned this Gyumoto restaurant, so I had high hopes. I used it. And it was a wonderful yakiniku restaurant that lived up to my expectations. We recommend the pork loin and skirt steak, but we also have the soy sauce tongue for something a bit more unusual. Of course they have salted tongue (and it's delicious) while many restaurants are trying to sell salted tongue, but the unusually seasoned soy sauce tongue was also great.
