I have eaten Isshobin Yakiniku at the main store and Miyamachi store, but what I felt when I tried it at Isshobin Shojutei this time was, One sho bottle of yakiniku means one sho bottle of flavor. I think many people know that Yakiniku is eaten with miso sauce mainly in Matsusaka, and this restaurant is no different. This sauce has a unique taste and is the restaurant's claim to fame. There is no doubt that the sauce is a little less viscous than other restaurants and has a strong sweetness that goes well with the parts, but on the other hand, it goes perfectly with the parts that go well with it. This time ・Matsusaka beef sagari ・Tsurami ·Liver ・Yakisuki I ate the Matsusaka Beef Sagari and the nickname of this sauce is very good. Very good, even amazing. Even with plenty of miso sauce, the flavor of the meat juice and fat of the sagari remains intact, so you can enjoy a concerto of flavors in your mouth. Other meats were a little strange. To begin with, the turami is unseasoned and I season it myself using salt and pepper on the table. ...Do you charge money for this? lol Is it appropriate for a restaurant to leave the important process of seasoning to the customers? I didn't know how much salt to use, so I ended up putting too much salt on it and it turned out to be something that wasn't edible...sad. Things weren't that good that day. I don't like it, but people who don't like liver probably smelled it. It was far from a crispy liver. Yakisuki is a dish for which it was difficult to find the meaning of eating it this way. I decided that it would be more delicious eaten another way, so I tried eating it with miso sauce. The overall impression is that there are a lot of hits and misses. To be precise, the meat itself is delicious to a certain level, but the restaurant is very particular about the seasoning. And it's hard when it doesn't fit. It's like that. Let's visit Ise Jingu and eat Matsusaka beef! At a well-known store! If the timing is right, it's the best option. If you're someone who wants to eat at consistently delicious Yakiniku restaurants, this Yakiniku restaurant may be a bit of a disappointment. It would be quite delicious if you just ate it. You can eat Matsusaka beef at a reasonable price. When I ordered a set, I was able to eat various parts. The sauce made with miso was not so thick and was delicious. It is far from the station, but if you are traveling by car, it is recommended because the parking lot is wide.
