I thought it would be good for eating white rice or as an accompaniment to alcohol, but since the quality of the meat here is good, I felt that it would be a waste to season it too strongly in order to enjoy the flavor of the meat itself. . The sauce on the meat sushi is a little sweet, so I wanted to reduce it a little and try the wasabi and meat. Of course, all of them are delicious. It's been a while since I visited you at night. Surprisingly, the menu has expanded and everything was delicious. I asked about dinner and lunch. Although it is a little far from the city center, there is a large parking lot, and the inside of the store was beautiful, clean, and had a luxurious feel. All the meat was of very good quality and delicious. I also like that they allow you to eat it with wasabi and salt! There are miso and soy sauce sauces, and it's nice to be able to choose the seasoning for the short ribs. It would be a waste to eat good meat with strong miso, so I prefer to eat it with soy sauce or salted wasabi. Also, the tomato salad jelly was very delicious. Lunch was also reasonable and delicious. I would like to go again slowly.
