Tsu, Mie, Japan｜とりみそあみ焼き 地鶏屋 藤方店

Visited June 19, 2023 Mie's yakiniku is chicken, and I came to this restaurant where I could eat chicken yakiniku because it was on TV. For 1000 yen, you get two types of meat, rice, miso soup, and pickles. Two people chose miso sauce and salt sauce of young chicken, miso sauce and sausage of parent chicken. I really felt the difference in texture and taste between the young chicken and the parent chicken. The miso chicken was delicious.

We had young chicken thighs, breasts, liver, fried chicken, salad, and chicken hotpot udon. The liver was soft, smooth, and especially delicious. I didn't have a reservation at around 7pm on a Sunday, but I was able to enter after waiting for about 15 minutes. All of the staff were efficient and the process from ordering to serving was smooth.
