Suzuka, Mie, Japan｜ジャンジャン焼き 天草

I got one serving of Janjan-yaki! The miso seasoning is good, and even though it's miso fried udon, the rice goes well! You can bake it yourself, but the store clerk fried it for you.

I went there for lunch during Golden Week in 2022. This is my favorite restaurant that I used to go to twice a month when I lived in Suzuka. No matter what you say, Janjanyaki, which is cabbage, pork, and udon stir-fried with miso, is absolutely delicious. This time I was in the middle of touring, so I couldn't drink beer, but it goes perfectly with the frozen draft beer in the mug. If you go to Suzuka, this is a recommended restaurant that you definitely want to try.

I went there for the first time after the eve of the Suzuka 8 hours the other day. The inside of the store was all tatami mats, and I think it was large enough for a group of 4 people to sit 6 to 7 groups. The parking lot was dark and I didn't understand it well, but I think that about 10 cars were parked roughly.
