I visited the store by myself after being introduced to it by an acquaintance. The whole store was busy, so I was seated at the counter rather than sharing a table. Beef tongue, offal, potato salad, and oolong tea. It was a shichirin type, and even though they explained how to grill it, I had a bit of a failure😅💦In the end, the staff checked to see if it was done properly, but basically it seems like you're baking it yourself. The taste is salt and pepper. Every piece of meat I ate was tender and delicious!

The aroma of charcoal-grilled offal, offal and other meats, and vegetables are absolutely delicious. If you want to have a drinking party, dinner, or banquet at Kenkyu Gakuen in Tsukuba, this is the place to go! I'll visit you again!
