(2021.7.18) I went shopping at Ias Tsukuba first thing in the morning, and by the time I finished all my errands, it was 11:00. Since I left home without breakfast, I was hungry, so I visited Niku no Sushi Ichien. This is a store in Kenkyu Gakuen Ebisu Town. Entered the store as soon as it opened. I was taken to a private room at the back of the store. The lunch menu includes a wide variety of dishes such as sukiyaki, hitsumabushi, and yakiniku. The price is reasonable at 1,350 to 1,800 yen. My wife and I ordered the ``Meat Sushi Gozen'' which is also the name of the restaurant. It took about 30 minutes to serve the food. I thought we had to wait a little too long, but when the food was served, the staff explained that ``it took a while because it was cooked at a low temperature.'' I'm convinced that's what happened. Lined up in front of me was a wide variety of items, including six pieces of meat nigiri, two rolls of yukhoe-style gunkan, a small bowl of beef belly and salmon roe, a small side dish, and soup. The rare meat was tender yet chewy and very delicious. The wasabi garnish matched well. The small bowl is also delicious, with the meat melting as soon as you put it in your mouth. The quantity was just right, and I felt like I had a high-quality lunch. For the price of ¥1350, I'm very satisfied. It may be difficult during the current coronavirus pandemic, but your customers may be happy if you take them there.

I used it for dinner, and since it was a private room, I was able to eat slowly. It was also my first time to eat meat sushi, and I finished it because it had a good texture. The atmosphere of the customer service staff was good, so I plan to use it at least once a month.
