Kalbi is full of oil and delicious, but personally, I find the loin to be irresistible as it has a better balance of fat. The overall seasoning with the garlic flavor is very strong, so you can easily eat a large serving of rice. If I had to be greedy, I'd like something to be done about the smoke and the humid weather, but that's part of the charm. Reservations are a must if it's a holiday, as the seats were filled as soon as the restaurant opened. I would recommend the loin, hachinosashi, and celery.
