A yakiniku restaurant near the University of Tsukuba that raised the world's Mitomas. They provide high-quality meat at a reasonable price with the same quality as Jojoen. I visited Nikuhachiya, a famous yakiniku restaurant in Ibaraki Prefecture. The owner of this shop had experience working at Jojoen, and based on that experience, he opened a shop in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture 10 years ago. I visited this store because it was said to be a good store with good value for money. At best, the restaurant has a homely atmosphere. It seems that Mitoma, a member of the Japanese national soccer team, attended the school when he was at the University of Tsukuba. Make a reservation and visit. When you enter the store, there is a waiting area for children, but it feels quite homely (lol). Even when you enter the store, it has a pub-like atmosphere. Personally, I prefer shops that are clean and have a good atmosphere. I took a seat and ordered a pre-mol. This is 660 yen. Master's Dream is priced at 780 yen, which is a very reasonable price. I think the highball price of 530 yen is also cheap. On the other hand, there are also Hakushu and Yamazaki 12 years, but these seem a little expensive. It seems like they are setting prices that target customers with lower average customer spend, and are also able to cater to customers in higher price ranges. Since it was my first time, I asked for the recommended meat without worrying about the price. First of all, the thick-sliced ​​tongue was of really good quality and had a nice marbling. The Hyomen noodles were carefully grilled and the tongue was juicy and full of flavor. And as for the meat platter, this is a high-quality loin with beautiful marbling and ribs. And plenty of skirt steak was also provided. Each dish is carefully grilled and served. I didn't ask for the price, so I didn't know how much it would cost, but the quality of the meat was quite good. Next, an assortment of three types of hormones will be provided. Chichikabu, Marucho, Striped finch. It was my first time to try chichikabu, but it had no smell and had a unique taste. Personally, aside from skirt steak, I usually only eat chicken breast and liver, so it's been a while since I've had it. It wasn't bad, but I felt like it would be better to just use Marucho. Shimacho (large intestine) has no odor and has been well processed. It's fatty and delicious. The taste of the Marucho that followed was amazing. The sweetness and aroma of the fat and the small intestine of the high-quality meat are truly delicious. To finish off, I ordered cold noodles. There was plenty of it, and the soup was delicious with plenty of flavor from the dashi stock.

I've been here for lunch many times before. This was my first night visit after 4 or 5 years. I made a reservation because it was a Saturday night. As expected, the place was almost full. We ordered the course of the day and drinks. Due to the crowd, the food we ordered was not served and we had to wait quite a while. It's frustrating to have nothing to snack on just a drink... Even if you wait that long, you will forget about it because the meat is delicious. I can't go back to chain stores anymore. It cost about 5,000 yen per person, including an additional meat platter and a drink. Considering that you can get such good meat in Tokyo, I think it's quite reasonable.
