More Comments at Google MapThere was a yakiniku restaurant I was looking for in Mito, but it was temporarily closed, so I ate yakiniku at Taishogun, which was nearby. It seems to be a yakiniku restaurant recommended by sumo wrestler Motomasan. It's about 1,300 yen by taxi from Mito Station, and I think it's a distance you can walk (I walked back home). Whether the timing was good or bad, I was the only one in the store, so I was able to eat slowly. I'm eating salt-grilled tongue skirt steak top loin. I use a gas roaster that has been around for a long time. . (Maybe the people at the shop were right after all) The dipping sauce is a type that leaves a strong sense of soy sauce, and it feels salty rather than sweet, but this is delicious. It was a highly rated point for the amount of soaking and the shape of the plate. Maybe this restaurant doesn't eat more than loin, but ribs may be better. The upper loin is a part with almost no fat, so the first bite is good, but I wanted to eat it with rice, so the meat was a little lacking in umami. Since it is an item that can be supplemented with fat, it seems that the overall satisfaction is higher for ribs with a lot of fat. The same can be said for tongue skirt steak, but although the amount for one serving is large, there are many different parts, which is delicious! There is a mixture of meat and fumufumu normal parts, and I feel that the satisfaction level seems to change depending on the order of eating. I wonder if salt will be supported by looking at reviews of other people? I was prepared for both, but both the owner and the wife were cheerful and generally good people. I think it's a perfect place for people who like traditional yakiniku restaurants. I am creating a blog "Yakiniku Encyclopedia" where I eat and record yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Please check out our blog for other yakiniku restaurant information.
It's an old-fashioned yakiniku restaurant. I'm in season. All are table seats, but even if you go alone They let me in without a problem. All the photos I've posted are of the individual. The amount is large for the price and the cost performance is good. I ate a lot, but the special ribs just melt in my tongue I recommend it for its taste.
I wanted to eat yakiniku near Mito Station, so I decided on Daishogun while doing some research. But it was a little far from the station, so I took a taxi. The inside of the store was spacious and easy to use. I think it's perfect for those who like retro yakiniku restaurants.
