This is a delicious Hitachi beef yakiniku restaurant. All four special selections are delicious. We recommend having it with wasabi. The yukkejang soup made from beef bone soup is delicious, and the restaurant's recommended soup mixed with rice is also delicious. During the day, it looks like a pork cutlet restaurant.

I visited Fujiya for lunch on Saturday, which I had been interested in for a while. It is a tonkatsu restaurant during the day and a yakiniku restaurant at night, so if you want to eat tonkatsu, lunch time is the only option. I ordered a platter of loin cutlet and fillet cutlet, and my wife ordered fillet cutlet. You can refill the cabbage, miso soup (today I had clam soup), and rice. There are three fillet cutlets in the fillet cutlet set meal. The platter consists of two fillet cutlets, but this time one arrived later on a separate plate. There was no problem because I was able to eat freshly fried food. Both the loin cutlet and the fillet cutlet are tender, and the lightly fried cutlets are not too heavy and are perfect for those of us in our 50s. There was a sign about conger eel fly on the wall, so I'd like to try it next time. There are two parking lots in front of the store and on the side of the store. There is also a monthly parking lot across the street in front of the store, but I was told that you cannot park there.

I searched for delicious Yakiniku and went to this place where I could eat Hitachi Beef Yakiniku. First of all, I ordered the salted tongue separately and had it with lemon. Salt tongue of just the right thickness, neither too thin nor too thick. Next, we had the skirt steak, which the whole family loves, and the platter, which we wanted to try. The sauce was refreshing and all the meat with marbling was soft and delicious😋 From there, I reordered the meat I particularly liked. I forgot to take a photo, but I also ordered the beef tail soup, which was also delicious with plenty of beef bone stock. It seems that there is one sister store, and they have a lot of side menus.
