First time in the store. I came here for the first time after being guided to a restaurant where horse sashimi was delicious. First, I ordered "assorted horse sashimi", then "tataki horse sashimi" and "5 pieces of horse sashimi sushi". I was pretty full at this point... Everything was so delicious that it was more like “meat” than alcohol!! Also, each piece is thick, so I was able to compare the texture and taste, which was very satisfying! Lastly, I had the "horse sashimi liver" to finish it off! This has a chewy texture, and the more you chew, the more the liver taste comes later. It had a strange taste, but it was really delicious!! I plan on using this place again when I want to eat horse sashimi!!

This is a restaurant that serves horse meat dishes. This time, we first had fried horse mackerel, then Sakura Yukhoe, horse sashimi liver, and finally 5 pieces of horse sashimi sushi. The alcohol is barley shochu. I felt that it was filling and had a strong taste. I am writing what I ordered first, but it was so delicious that I got carried away and continued eating (^o^) In particular, the yukhoe and liver had a strong flavor and were exquisite.
