More Comments at Google MapA friend I haven't seen in a long time and wanted to eat kushiage at a calm restaurant, so I chose this restaurant. ■ 8 Kinds of Seasonal Vegetables and Deep-fried Kushiage with Broth "Cooking Plan for Enjoying Sake" (6 dishes) ¥3,500 It is possible to add an all-you-can-drink option to each course, but this time we had the food-only course. The volume of the appetizer is too splendid and it is a level that will satisfy you! There are a wide range of items from standard to seasonal items, and personally, the summer-only pumpkin bun (the one in the center) was delicious. It's not a sweet manju, but it has a gentle flavor that goes well with sake. Kushikatsu is Red pickled ginger, corn, okra, green pepper and chicken fillet, pumpkin pork roll, Japanese ginger, horse mackerel, eel All 8 kinds were crispy and very delicious! There was also an explanation of which sauce to put on which skewer, so it was even more delicious. I got the following drinks: It seems that whiskey (highball) and sake are popular these days. ■ Roughly grated peach ¥600 ■ Aizu Lieutenant General ¥620 Fukushima prefecture summer limited pure rice sake The course itself wasn't huge in terms of quantity, but it took about an hour and a half and progressed slowly, so I was full and satisfied with the content. I thought it would be a good course to relax and eat and drink while enjoying alcohol and talking with friends. Thank you for the meal★ ———Course content——— Appetizer platter Dashi rolled egg braised pork Assortment of 8 kinds of deep-fried skewers Sangen pork steamed in a basket Seasonal cooked rice
If you want to eat Kushiage in Machida, this is the place! "Wagaya" on the 4th floor of a multi-tenant building You can order from one skewer. If you can't decide between the many types, we recommend choosing between 5 and 10 carefully selected assortments. Kushiage is delicious, so you don't have to rely solely on that, but I think it's better to try a la carte dishes as well. The ``Pork Kakuni'' I ordered and the medicinal ``Atsuyaki Tamago'' were so delicious that I would like to order them again. An assortment of 10 dishes starts at 1,980 yen, and a la carte dishes start at 580 yen. I feel that the cost performance is also excellent. Both the skewers and a la carte dishes are delicious, and the customer service is also great. Fried food lovers should be satisfied.
A restaurant serving authentic skewers in a casual atmosphere. There are so many different types of skewers to choose from, all of which are eye-opening and delicious! The batter is thin and crispy, bringing out the natural flavor of the ingredients. ☑︎ Assorted seasonal fried skewers (pumpkin, ginger, corn, shishito peppers, sardines, eel) ¥980 The summer limited menu features seasonal vegetables and fish. Each summer vegetable is paired with chicken or pork, creating a well-balanced taste while enjoying the flavor of the summer vegetables. The sardines come with shiso leaf and plum sauce and have a refreshing aftertaste. It was my first time to have fried eel skewers, and it was delicious with a slight scent of Japanese pepper that complemented the sweetness of the kabayaki. ☑︎ Original skewers Quail egg ¥130, Mochi Isobe roll ¥130 ☑︎ Seafood skewers Tuna ¥220, cod ¥250, kelp with young ¥280, sea bream ¥280, angel shrimp ¥320 ☑︎ Meat skewers Beef fillet ¥280 ☑︎ Vegetable skewers Asparagus ¥220 The flavor of the mountain and sea food trapped in the thin batter instantly spreads in your mouth. The flavor of the ingredients will be further enhanced by combining them with the best seasonings (homemade red wine sauce/kelp salt/soy sauce) that the staff will suggest for each skewer! The large angel shrimp can be eaten whole from head to tail, allowing you to fully enjoy the aroma and sweetness of the shrimp. ☑︎ Carefully selected roasted beef ¥980 Marinated in garlic soy sauce and roasted, you can really taste the flavor of red meat! When you dip it in the special yolk sauce, it becomes smoother and tastes like sukiyaki✨ ☑︎ Braised braised rice bowl ¥980 A chunky rice topped with plenty of braised braised pork belly, daikon radish, and boiled egg slowly simmered in special soy sauce. This dish is a little less salty and allows you to enjoy the flavor of the pork belly and soy sauce. It's perfect for finishing! ☑︎ Rolled egg with medicinal soup stock ¥880 Homemade chicken soup with ankake sauce and dashi-wrapped eggs go perfectly together! The pine nuts and goji berries toppings are also a nice accent. ☑︎ Premium Malts (medium) ¥550 The smooth bubbles and good flavor are unique to Chotatsujinten ✨
