The soba noodles are delicious. After eating, there will be a soup similar to boiled noodles that can be drunk with the remaining dipping sauce. The soy sauce is a light anchovies soy sauce, and the sauce on the side has chopped green onion, fresh wasabi and grated radish. A must-order here is tofu, which is topped with fresh local miso sauce, which is not too salty, and it tastes very special when paired with the special powdered ingredients on the table. The store can only speak Japanese, but will introduce the way of eating each dish very carefully. The architecture is also very special.

Very good restaurant with delicious local food. We had dengaku set meal and sobe. Everything was fresh and tasty. The owner of the place was so nice and welcoming. Very recommend for good local restaurant ❤
