Aizuwakamatsu, Fukushima, Japan｜Kyo

A cafe in a building of a 'sake' maker that makes sweets with the product ... and you can also tour the factory and do tastings. Made my last hour in Aizu Wakamatsu enjoyable and memorable!

Daiginjo chiffon cake, sauce and whipped cream were very delicious. I was very satisfied with the refreshing taste of the coffee brewed with sake brewing water. The cafe is located a little off Nanukamachi Street, but it's worth a stop. The camera museum in the same building was also worth seeing.

This is a cafe inside Suehiro Sake Brewery. The pear tart was super delicious! ! It's not cheap, but I'm very satisfied. I don't think the Daiginjo chiffon cake tasted like alcohol that much. For example, the secret ingredient in curry is usually hidden. I couldn't find the alcohol in the cake, but the chiffon cake was delicious, so it's OK. :)
