I ordered the most famous course, and the first course, which used to be quite large, became a small portion, and I was able to enjoy all 6 major dishes. The best short rib was brisket, which was quite impressive, and the melt-in-your-mouth sukiyaki was delicious, with a half-cooked yolk attached to the warishita with the ingredients. There is a wide variety of menu items, and by slowly grilling large onions and dipping them in the sauce three times, you can enjoy a flavor that is not found in meat.
