We head there after our hike, what an amazing reward! The beef was truly amazing, they will serve the charcoal in a stone bowl to cook your beef. The ventilation was great! No smell after our meal! We also added Bibimbap & Tofu soup! They were truly tasty!

Fantastic restaurant, very good & kind service, food is excellent and a real experience. If you'd like to experience the Japanese grill-style self-prepared food this is a definite go-to place! The beautifully prepared food is grilled on a palm-wood-charcoal stove/grill/BBQ on the table. The Wagyu beef, scalops, shrimps, veggies, dippings etc. are out of this world! And definitely drink their Matsumoto Sake! Communication with G* translate or SayHi app went smoothly as well as reading the Japanese menu. Ask the hotel reception to make a reservation for you and your accompanying friends or family by phone or the "Line" app (local app). One needs to speak the language to make a reservation. Reservation for a private room for 7 persons is also possible. Don't miss it when you visit Matsumoto!

We had lunch here right after they opened. There was a calm and quiet atmosphere, nice interior. Great customer service, good sake recommendations and delicious food!
