Kobe Korai is a restaurant in Saku City that ranks high in reviews on review sites and in interviews with local residents. Due to time constraints, I used it during lunch time. When I read other people's reviews, I was a little worried because I heard that the prices were high and that the food wasn't delicious, but when I actually tried it, I found it to be a very good Yakiniku restaurant. Put. I ate the upper ribs and upper skirt steak, but it was the short ribs that was delicious that day. I had high expectations for the skirt steak based on its appearance, but it didn't exceed my expectations. On the other hand, the upper ribs had a good thickness and size and looked greasy, but the meat was smooth and easy to eat and I was very satisfied. When you lick the sauce as it is, it's light and sour and delicious! delicious! I patted my knee, but even though the meat was delicious, there were times when I felt that the taste was a little bland when eaten with meat. Since I was using it for lunch, I didn't have much variety of meat, so I decided to use it at night and eat as much as I could. The prices are certainly higher than other Yakiniku restaurants in the city, but the meat is of high quality, and the store and furniture are well-equipped, so I felt the price difference was worth it. . Unless you say otherwise, it's more like an Italian restaurant than a Yakiniku restaurant. It's great to have an expensive and delicious yakiniku restaurant in the area. Please use it on your special day! I wonder if the people at the store like dogs? They also seem to have bones for dogs, which made me happy as a dog lover. If I wasn't on a business trip, I would definitely get a bone and give it to my dog at home. . I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Please check out our blog for other Yakiniku restaurant information.
I usually go to eat, but I always eat here on special occasions. The meat is voluminous, tender and juicy, but not greasy. As for a la carte dishes, I like bibin noodles and order them every time. The noodles have a chewy texture, are spicy, and have umami, making them very authentic. Thank you for always being a polite customer! I will go eat there again!
