At Yakiniku "Sachi" in Saku City, we were able to enjoy delicious yakiniku, mainly thick-sliced meat. I used it on a Saturday night, and since I was alone, I called the store in advance to confirm, and the service at that time was excellent. At this point, it was confirmed that it was a legitimate restaurant. Due to its location, it can only be accessed by car, but there is a large parking lot so you don't have to worry about that. What surprised me a little was that you could order using a tablet. On this day, it is quite rare for a Yakiniku restaurant that is rooted in this kind of area. Upper tongue salt top loin Upper skirt steak lever Assorted kimchi cooked rice I ate it. The top tongue salt came out with the tongue part being soft and very thickly sliced! The fatty tongue is delicious when grilled properly. This restaurant is delicious. The top loin is shoulder roast. It's much thicker and block-like than I expected. Actually, I think that moderately thick meat is more delicious than thickly sliced yakiniku. If the final cook is an amateur (like me), I think it would be difficult to successfully grill thickly sliced meat using a roaster or charcoal, which is difficult to control the heat. If possible, I like yakiniku that is moderately thick and well seasoned. The tenderloin is also a wonderful part of the body, so if I had eaten it more to my liking, I think the restaurant would have been rated even higher. The top skirt steak was reasonably delicious, but it was a little weak compared to the first tongue and top loin. I ate the liver with sauce, but it wasn't good at all. It may depend on the day, but on this day I felt like there was no lever. . What was interesting was the kimchi. Sometimes salt or yaokami is added to add the flavor of seafood, but Sachi's kimchi was flavored with bonito flakes. Salted and seasoned fish may have a strong fishy smell, but kimchi with the flavor of bonito flakes is delicious. I have written a comparison of each part, but in terms of overall satisfaction, it is of course 5 stars. It was a Yakiniku restaurant that was very responsive and had delicious meat at a cheap price. No wonder it's popular with locals. I am creating a blog called ``Yakiniku Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to yakiniku restaurants all over Japan. Please check the blog for other Yakiniku restaurant information.
