Horse sashimi I was impressed by the smooth texture and crispness (^^) 2. Sakura Yukhoe The horse meat that melts in your mouth, the sanche, and the sauce go perfectly together. (*´∀｀*) 3. Sakura Sushi Although it is light, it has a good crispness, and the vinegary rice taste is light and the toppings stand out. ^_^ Yukhoe hand roll - affordable for tasting Next, Yakiniku Beef tongue, Sakura ribs, Beef ribs, Sakura skirt steak. The meat is lightly grilled on both sides in about 10 seconds and tastes delicious. The special sauce is also nice and goes well with the rice. To finish off, I had Sakura Yukhoe and ramen again. I came here to eat horse yakiniku. The horse meat seasoned with sweet sauce was very delicious as Yakiniku. A masterpiece that goes well with rice. In Aizuwakamatsu, there is a culture of eating horse sashimi with spicy miso, which was also very good. We recommend eating horse meat yakiniku and sushi as a set.
