Speaking of horse sashimi, Aizu Sakashita is the place to go! The horse sashimi is cut so thin that it melts in your mouth. The spicy sauce creates a perfect harmony with the horse sashimi. If you go here, be sure to try the Dotechindon too! We always make a reservation for Dotechindon and always eat it before going home. There are many horse meat shops in Aizu, but this one is the best for me! You can also drink premium Japanese sake [Hiroki], which is now so popular that it is difficult to obtain.

The horse tongue is incredibly chewy and delicious! Beef tongue doesn't have much texture when it's thin, but horse tongue has a lot of texture even when it's thin. There are various parts of a horse. There are types that are not usually available at Yakiniku restaurants.
