Koriyama, Fukushima, Japan｜焼肉ふざん

A nice Yakiniku restaurant in Koriyama which is not far from my hotel. The place look clean and friendly atmotsphere. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly abd helpful. All the food we ordered are very delicious i.e. beef, pork reimen, bibimbab. Most of all it is not expensive. Highly recommend

I've probably used this place about 30 times in a year, and I personally think that this is the No. 1 Yakiniku restaurant in Koriyama. (It may have already won an award for something.) In Koriyama, there are many wonderful restaurants such as Uesugi, Hiko bar, Yakiniku Zanmai, Hormone Fukuchan, and other Yakiniku and Hormone restaurants, but Yakiniku Fuzan is completely unbeatable in terms of taste, cost performance, interior decoration, customer service, etc. I get the impression that it's missing. I've always been a Yakiniku fan, but I think this place is really great. If I had to pick one, it might be the location, where you can only come by car and you can't drink alcohol without someone else, but it's the same everywhere, including Koriyama. It's been a year since I moved to Fukushima for work reasons, but if I were to leave this place, the first thing I'd do would be to bring a box of sweets and say hello to this shop. Be number 1.

That's right, No. 1. So if you don't make a reservation in advance, you won't be able to get in. I think it's probably better to manage the meat. It's been a long time since I've come across a restaurant where the meat is soft and the taste is sweet. I feel that it is better than the famous store in Sendai. Be sure to order the yukhoe. Save the leftover yukhoe juice and use it as a sauce for grilled meat. There are various brands of Japanese sake, and the shop staff will explain them to you, so you can drink delicious sake. It's a little pricey, but that's what a good yakiniku restaurant is.
