Today's dinner is Joshu Hormone. Saturday was always crowded and I gave up several times, so this time I made a reservation at 5 o'clock in the evening. The usual menu is offal, tongue, liver, and short rib soup, but this time, I also ordered pork ribs and combi salad. Also guts and beer. I like gatsu because it has a crunchy texture and the more you chew, the more it tastes. Thank you for the meal.
