Takasaki, Gunma, Japan｜Horumon Daigaku Takasaki

I have to say that it’s been a long time since I’ve eaten such chewy and delicious white pork knuckles in Japan, and I really can’t stop eating them with the special spicy miso sauce. Needless to say, the meat is above the standard. Koreko is really special and goes very well with wine. Hakuba is also much more delicious than chain izakayas. The only drawback is that the mesh on the charcoal stove is not fixed, so it is a bit annoying to keep sliding.

A grilled hormone shop where you can feel free to stop by. It's cheap and delicious, so it's always crowded. It's a good restaurant if you go with two or three people.
