When I was planning to enjoy Joshu beef at a self-catering inn, the meat was sold out at the supermarket in the late evening, so I rushed here. There was no meat on the product shelf just before closing, but I received Joshu beef cuts and rib roast (for yakiniku). The rib roast was grilled with salt and pepper, and the cut off was sukiyaki, but it was very delicious. Thank you!
