new yakiniku restaurant I went there for the first time. The inside of the store is not large, but the atmosphere is good and the clerk's response was pleasant. I wish the air conditioner was cooler. Charcoal grilled was delicious.

I happened to find it and had lunch there, and the customer service was wonderful, kind, and made me feel very comfortable! The meat was an assortment of beef tongue (miso) and Yamaji short ribs that changed daily, and there were 3 ribs with a lot of beef tongue! ! I like chewy meat, so I was surprised to be able to eat beef tongue for 980 yen (including tax), which is a bargain in this day and age. There are soft parts and hard parts, and since it's beef tongue, I think it's good because it has a nice chewy texture, but I wonder if it's not suitable for the elderly or people with bad teeth. I thought. The ribs are pretty good and I'm impressed that they have lunch on Sundays at this price as well 🙆‍♀️ The individual meat prices are also cheap, so I felt like the quantity was small, but it was delicious...🤤I went to most of the yakiniku restaurants around Numata, and I was very satisfied. There are restaurants that are more expensive than here, but the meat is tougher, and the quality of the meat isn't consistent...This is only my first time at Yamaji, so I definitely want to go again! It was quite cheap and included rice, salad, soup, and pickles, and drinks were separate! I thought it would be nice to have two more types of yakiniku lunch (skirt skirt, short ribs, loin, offal, etc.) for the elderly and those who want to eat a certain type of meat! ! The sauce is normal and sweet, but it is delicious. I wish there was an all-you-can-eat option...lol Lunch has quite a variety of options other than yakiniku, so it's great for people who don't feel like eating meat. Also, the air conditioner was a little weak! lol I'm glad I was able to find a good restaurant that I would like to visit again for lunch and dinner!
