I've always wanted to go to Ushiyanosegare-san. You can't get a reservation during Golden Week, but they say you can get in if you come at 5 o'clock when they open, so wait before they open! I got it right away, but I couldn't eat the meat platter I had reserved. It seems that there is a one-drink system and it is 2 hours on weekends. I ordered a decanter of red wine and a mug of carbonated water! For the meat, I ordered thinly sliced ​​seitan, Wagyu beef cutoff, misuji, sagari, and tongue. The reviews said it was delicious, so I added Ode-san's giant tomato half. As everyone says, all the meat is delicious! Probably the best Yakiniku restaurant I've ever been to.
