Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan｜Gyu-Kaku

This is my first time visiting the store, and out of all the Gyu-Kaku stores I've visited, the Utsunomiya Tsuruta store has by far the best quality of service. All of the staff are courteous, and the timing is perfect when it comes to setting down plates and confirming that desserts have been served! I came to the store on a Saturday and Sunday evening, and the inside of the store was quiet, so I was able to relax and enjoy all-you-can-eat at the semi-private table. And the tiramisu ice cream is really delicious! ! !

It was delicious! I thought it was very good that they actively exchanged nets! Beef horn ribs and Japanese black beef ribs are especially recommended.

2021.08.19 There are various types of seats such as table seats and tatami mats. There is also a tatami room (sunken kotatsu type), so it was okay if there were small children. The store clerk was also kind, such as when to change the net. Summer festival again? At the end of the day, the kids let me scoop the water yo-yo! Due to the corona crisis, we are open until 8:00, so 7:30 is the last order. The all-you-can-eat is 70 minutes last order, and the seats are 90 minutes, so it would be nice to be able to enter the store by about 6:00. The ordering system is a touch panel. Offer was early, too.
