The quality of the meat is lower than the special selection, but in my opinion, the strong flavor of the soft skirt steak and the good fat of the offal were enough to eat two bowls of rice. The top loin had less fat, so it wasn't a big deal, but it had a red meat flavor. This is the best meat menu for the price of 1,600 yen.
