Yakiniku surami, grilled tail, yomenakase, and nikogori thighs are all excellent, but the Chie hotpot was incredibly delicious and the best. The Sozuri Nabe base has a soy sauce flavor, and the soup from the plump offal and Sozuri meat makes the tofu, konnyaku, and vegetables delicious from start to finish.
