At night, Yakiniku Chie serves a variety of yakiniku, from red meat tataki style. Tsuyama-style yakiniku involves grilling steak-like meat on a teppanyaki grill and eating it by picking it up from a warming stand on the table. A food experience that can be described as experiencing Tsuyama's meat culture. Overwhelmingly delicious. The deliciousness of meat lies in the lean meat and offal. Satisfied.

A teppanyaki yakiniku restaurant located a few minutes walk from Tsuyama Station and a little behind the shopping street. Tsuyama is said to have been eating beef since the Edo period, and is famous for its wagyu beef and yakiniku. This restaurant was a yakiniku restaurant where the meat was stir-fried on an iron plate. I came here on a Friday around 8:30pm, and even though the last order was at 9pm, it was almost full and very busy. There were some seats available, but My sister told me to make a reservation next time. We sat at the counter with an iron plate. Order a drink and your favorite meat part, What about onions? You will be asked this, so make sure to ask them to drop the onions. Even if you have a lot, you can easily go. I think it was 230 yen per person? If you go to the counter, a lady will grill the food for you, or if you go to the table, you can grill it yourself in a dustpan, and you can only order the hot pot, which is said to be available all year round, from the table. By the way, this hot pot looks really delicious. The locals asked me why I didn't eat it. He looked disappointed. However, the Yakiniku was really delicious! I will definitely go again!

A famous Yakiniku restaurant in Okayama. It's better to make a reservation at a popular and crowded restaurant. The first floor is counter-style, so you can enjoy the feeling of live music while having a drink in front of the iron plate. The second floor is a spacious tatami room, so if you want to have a leisurely conversation, this is the place. Yakiniku surami, grilled tail, yomenakase, and nikogori thighs are all excellent, but the Chie hotpot was incredibly delicious and the best. The Sozuri Nabe base has a soy sauce flavor, and the soup from the plump offal and Sozuri meat makes the tofu, konnyaku, and vegetables delicious from start to finish. This is one of the must-see restaurants for Yakiniku in Okayama.
